This big set, developed especially for Mercurius, consists of a wheeled storage box with 150 blocks. The blocks are made of FSC beech wood and are curved so that the child is challenged to think differently as opposed to building with straight blocks. This fosters creativity and imagination. Important aspects such as fine motor skills, learning to cooperate and concentration skills are also improved. Because of the size of the blocks and the quantity of them(150 pieces), besides making mandalas and other figures, (child-) high towers can also be built; the possibilities for the “open-ended games” are endless. This set allows for several children to build at the same time and is therefore ideally suited foryoung through school-age children.
